Resourcing refers to identifying and instilling coping skills to help you deal with difficult reactions you may experience. We can all build internal and external resources that can be used when stressed, triggered or out of our window of tolerance. Resources restore safety, calm and reconnect us to our choices.
The Window of tolerance is a term used to describe the best state of ‘arousal’ or stimulation in which we are able to function and thrive in everyday life. when we exist within this window, we are able to learn effectively, play and relate well to understand ourselves and others.
